Kelly Bullion was a three-year letter winner for the Blugold cross country and track teams. She earned all-conference honors in 1997 and 1998. She was the team's most improved runner in 1997 and MVP in 1998. Bullion was a member of the 1997 Blugold cross country team which placed second at the NCAA Championships. In both 1997 and 1998, she made the Midwest Region top 25. She earned the Most Dedicated Award for the track team in 1999.

Bullion, a communication disorders major, made the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll three straight years and is a member of Alpha Lambda Delta, Golden Key Honor Society, Honors Program, and the Dean's List.
