Softball Season Ends In Extra Innings

BLOOMINGTON, Ill.- For the second time in as many games, the UW-Eau Claire softball team faced off against 13th-ranked UW-Whitewater at the 2009 NCAA Softball Regional. After leading 2-1 through four innings, Whitewater managed to tie the game and eventually take the lead for good, winning 7-2 today, eliminating the Blugolds.
