At the other end of the period, Amanda Shultz (Sr.-Stevens Point/SPASH) scored an even-sided goal 16:46 in with assists coming from Martina Korinek (Jr.-White Bear Lake, MN) and Crystal Wasem Sr.-Chaska, MN). Eau Claire actually matched Bethel's final for shots on goal in that one period with 15.
Both squads were then held scoreless for the rest of the matchup, though Bethel did have its most shots in the final period with eight. The Royals also had two power play chances that period, as well.
