Women's Tennis To Host River Falls Tuesday

EAU CLAIRE - The UW-Eau Claire women's tennis team will host first place conference opponent UW-River Falls this Tuesday at the Simpson Courts.
The Blugolds have a current record of 7-5 this season and have a conference record of 1-1. The Blugolds are coming off a lose in their previous meet to UW-La Crosse, where they got swept by the Eagles 9-0.
Kristin Neuman (So.-Green Bay/Ashwaubenon) has a singles record of 5-1 this season, the best on the Blugolds. Katie Kuzma (Sr.-Buffalo, MN) is 5-5 at No.1 singles and 4-4 with teammate Laura Geissler (Jr.-Coon Rapids, MN) at No. 1 doubles.
The Falcons have a record of 6-2 overall and are 2-0 in the WIAC, which is tied for first with UW-La Crosse and UW-Whitewater. Since the 1997 season, the Blugolds are undefeated against the Falcons in meets.
The action is scheduled to begin Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Simpson Courts
