Sat, May 18, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Women's Tennis To Host I-94 Rival Stout Posted: Sunday, September 18, 2005 EAU CLAIRE - The UW-Eau Claire women's tennis team will try to continue its success Tuesday at home against archrival UW-Stout. In the past eight seasons, the Blugolds have not lost a match against the Blue Devils sweeping them in every dual meet. The Blugolds will come into Tuesday's meet with a dual meet record of 1-2 on the season. They will try to bounce back after weekend loses to St. Scholastica and Luther College. The Blugolds are led by No.1 singles player Katie Kuzma (Sr.-Buffalo,MN) with a record of 4-2 on the season. The doubles duo of Laura Geissler (Jr.-Coon Rapids, MN) and Kristie Carlson (So.-Arden Hills, MN/Mound's View) also lead the Blugolds attack with an overall record of 5-0. The Blue Devils have a record of 2-2 in dual meets on the season. The Blue Devils are also trying to bounce back after dropping two matches in the UW-Whitewater Triangular over the weekend. The action is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. at the Simpson Courts. - JR - |
