Tue, May 21, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Men's Golf In Second At Gustie Classic Posted: Monday, April 18, 2005 LeSEUER, Minn. - The UW-Eau Claire men's golf team is alone in second place after shooting a 589 after two rounds of the Gustie Spring Classic held here today at the LeSeuer Country Club. Derek Pirkl (Jr.-Stoughton) leads the Blugolds and is second overall after shooting a 2-over 142. Pirkl shot a 72 in the opening round followed by an even-par second round. Grant Lissick (Jr.-Vadnais Heights, MN/White Bear Lake) is tied for sixth after the first day. Lissick shot a 146 today to go 6-over on the day. Mike Greer (So.-White Bear Lake, MN) is tied for 20th with a 10-over 150. Tyler Leis (So.-Reedsburg) is tied for 42nd following a two-round score of 157 while Mason Milner (Fr.-Onalaska) is tied for 47th with a 159. St. John's University (MN) holds first place after two rounds with a 583. Luther College's Mike Eisele is in first individually at even-par. The tournament will conclude tomorrow at the Ridges at Sand Creek. Competition is set to tee off at 8 a.m.
