The time is Kasabian-Larson's best of the season by nearly 10 seconds. Despite the victory in the one-mile run, Kasabian-Larson was unable to best Molly Warner (Fr.-Mosinee) in the 3,000-meter run. Warner won the event with a time of 10:42.23 while Kasabian-Larson finished second in 10:52.84.
