Thu, Jun 20, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Dorvinen Earns WIAC Honor Posted: Tuesday, January 27, 2009 MADISON, Wis. - UW-Eau Claire women's swimmer Nicole Dorvinen (Green Bay, Wis./Bay Port) is this week's Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) athlete of the week for women's swimming, conference spokesman Matt Stanek announced today. Dorvinen won the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:11.49 at the Get to the Point Invitational held Jan. 23-24. She also took second in the 400-yard individual medley with a season-best time of 4:43.68. Dorvinen added a sixth-place finish in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:16.03. - KM - |
