Fri, May 24, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Four Named To All-WIAC Soccer Team Posted: Thursday, November 11, 2004 MADISON - Four members of the UW-Eau Claire women's soccer team have been selected to the All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) team, it was announced today by conference sports information director Matt Stanek. Forward/midfielder Marcia Foltz (Jr.-Madison/Memorial) and Kelly Peterson (Jr.-Hudson) each received All-WIAC honors after tying for the team lead with six goals and 14 total points. Foltz received All-WIAC honors for the second consecutive season. Defender/midfielder Emily Meisinger (So.-Green Bay/Notre Dame) and defender Becky Westbrock (So.-North St. Paul, MN) received All-WIAC recognition for a defense that posted six shutouts and posted a 1.74 goals against average for the season. |
