Thu, May 23, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Three Blugolds Earn All-Conference Honors Posted: Wednesday, November 3, 2004 EAU CLAIRE - The UW-Eau Claire volleyball team earned three all-conference selections, it was announced by conference sports information director Matt Stanek. Becca Carstensen (Sr.-Eau Claire/Memorial) earned First Team All-Conference for the second consecutive year. Carstensen finished sixth in the conference in kills with 373 for a .299 hitting percentage, good for ninth. Carstensen finished first in the conference in blocks with 180 and third in service aces with 61. The 180 blocks set a school record for total blocks in a season. Jenny Wolter (Jr.-Osceola) earned an All-Conference Honorable Mention selection. Wolter finished sixth in the conference with a .326 hitting percentage with 331 kills and only 94 errors. Wolter also finished 14th in the conference in blocks with 103. Shanna Berger (So.-Baldwin/Baldwin-Woodville) was named to the All-Defensive Team.
