Fri, May 24, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Swimming & Diving Set For Weekend Home Meet Posted: Thursday, October 23, 2008 EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - The UW-Eau Claire men's and women's swimming and diving teams are ready for their home-opener against St. Cloud State University and UW-Stevens Point this Friday and Saturday. On Friday the three teams will open competition with the diving portion of the meet. Saturday the teams will be back at the McPhee Physical Education Center for the swimming events. Diving begins Friday at 6:30 p.m., while swimming begins Saturday at noon. Last weekend the Blugolds kicked off the season at Minnesota State University-Mankato. Both the Eau Claire men and women came away with a loss but they competed well against the NCAA Division II school. Eau Claire has only one more home event following this weekend. The Blugolds are scheduled to host the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Relays on November 22. - KM - |
