Soccer Will Play Last Home Game Of Regular Season

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - The UW-Eau Claire soccer team will play its final home game of the regular season against UW-Oshkosh this Saturday at Bollinger Fields.
UW-Oshkosh enters the game at sixth in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and unranked nationally. The Titans have only mustered a few conference wins with a 2-3-1 record and are currently 6-6-2 overall. Oshkosh is currently on a three game losing-streak, losing to both UW-Stevens Point and UW-River Falls in the last week. The Blugolds are 18-3-2 all-time against the Titans and haven't lost since 2004.
The Blugolds come into their final home game with a 13-1-2 record overall and a 5-1-0 in conference play. Eau Claire is currently second in the WIAC and ranked 22nd nationally. On the season, Eau Claire is out-shooting opponents 329-108 and out-scoring opponents 58-11. The Blugolds have only allowed three goals in the last eight games while scoring 28 of their own.
The home finale is set to start at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
