Thu, May 23, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Men's Golf In First At Frank Wrigglesworth Tourney Posted: Sunday, September 26, 2004 EAU CLAIRE - The UW-Eau Claire men's golf team is in first place with a 287 after the first day of the Frank Wrigglesworth Blugold Collegiate Tournament held here today at the Eau Claire Golf and Country Club. Derek Pirkl (Jr.-Stoughton) and Grant Lissick (Jr.-Vadnais Heights, MN/White Bear Lake) share the lead after the first day each shooting a 2-under 69. Central's Jake Pearson is in third with a 70. St. John's is three shots back with a 290 with St. Thomas in third with a 299. The tournament will resume tomorrow with a shotgun starts at 8 a.m. Team Standings: 1) Eau Claire 287, 2) St. John's 290, 3) St. Thomas 299, 4) Augsburg 300, 5) Wartburg 305, t-6) Gustavus Adolphus 308, t-6) Central 308, t-8) Central 309, t-8) MSOE, t-8) Eau Claire B 309, 11) Lora 310, 12) Luther 311, 13) Concordia (WI) 317, 14) Marian 333, 15) Wisconsin Lutheran 363.
