Wed, Jun 19, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Women's Golf In Fourth At Iwu Classic Posted: Saturday, September 18, 2004 NORMAL, Ill. - The UW-Eau Claire women's golf team is tied for fourth following the first day of the Illinois Wesleyan Fall Golf Classic held here today at Ironwood Country Club. Meghan Sobotta(Fr.-Arcadia) and Kelly Gerzsenyi (So.-Rochester, MN/Mayo) each shot 78 to finish the day tied for 15th to pace the Blugolds. Maggie Loney (Jr.-River Falls) is one shot back of Sobotta and Gerzsenyi tied for 20th while Jesse Thompson (So.-Stevens Point/SPASH) is one shot back of Loney tied for 29th. Andrea Kloppman (Sr.-Eau Claire/Memorial) shot an opening round 83 while Mandy Madson (Fr.-Ashwaubenon) shot a 93 to round out the Blugolds. St. Mary's College of Indiana is currently in first with a combined 304 with Southern Indiana second at 309, De Pauw third at 311 and Eau Claire and SIU Edwardsville at 315.
