Sun, May 19, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Loney Named WIAC Golfer Of The Week Again Posted: Wednesday, September 15, 2004 MADISON -- For the second consecutive week, UW-Eau Claire women's golf member Maggie Loney (Jr. -River Falls) has been named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Women's Golfer of the Week, it was announced today by conference sports information director Matt Stanek. Loney finished first at the 16-team Knox (IL) Invitational by one stroke with a one-day total of 78. The next day Loney finished second at the 19-team Mommouth (IL) Fighting Scots Invitational firing a 78. In three invitationals this season Loney has finished first twice and second once. |
