Also joining the upperclassmen ranks are juniors Jess Bartz (Mauston), Emily Cooper (Germantown), Sarah Fisher (Milton), Ane Klomps (Rochester, MN/Mayo), Lindsey Koch (Lindstrom, MN/Chisago Lakes), Amanda Kroger (Shoreview, MN/Mounds View), Emmie Lee (Zimmerman, MN/Elk River), Sarah Myers (Eau Claire/North), Becca Riek (Sussex/Wisconsin Lutheran), Hannah Rivall (Stillwater, MN), Laurel Van Soest (Mound, MN/Mound-Westonka), and Kyle Welke (Eau Claire/North). In total there are 12 juniors on the team. The sophomore ranks are not quite as large as the junior group. They consist of Abby Hanlon (Duluth, MN/East), Chelsea Moore (Plymouth, MN/St. Louis Park), Rachel Salacinski (Marshfield), Jenna Spicer (Hastings, MN), Hilary Wilde (Woodbury, MN), and Rachel Wunsch (Brookfield/Central). The freshmen contingent makes up the largest part of the roster with 13. They are comprised of Jaclyn Blank (Byron, MN), Mari Bodensteiner (Red Wing, MN), Ashley Cooper (Germantown), Andrea Daoust (Lino Lakes, MN/Centennial), Ann Grossklaus (Wausau/West), Sara Habermeyer (Brookfield), Missy Kleist (Eau Claire/North), Alyssa Mace (Northfield, MN), Marie Massaro (Rochester, MN/Century), Kirsten Molde (Eau Claire/Memorial), Kelly Sanger (Plymouth, MN/Wayzata), Amy Stewart (South Milwaukee), and Natalie Warnert (Sauk Rapids, MN/Rice). Ashley Cooper is the younger sister of junior Emily Cooper. The season gets underway October 14th when the Blugolds host the Midwest Coed Relays. |
