Tue, Jun 18, 2013 No Event(s) Scheduled For Selected Date Heatwole, Severson Qualify For NCAA Nationals Posted: Thursday, February 23, 2006 Seniors Scott Heatwole (Port Washington) and Cori Severson (Brainerd, MN) will be the two UW-Eau Claire representatives at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving championships hosted by Carleton College at the same University of Minnesota Aquatics Center where the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships took place. The women's championships are scheduled March 9-11 and the men's championships are scheduled March 16-18. Heatwole has qualified for nationals for the third time in his career after being named the WIAC Diver of the Meet for the second time in his career. Severson qualified in the 100-yard freestyle after smashing the conference standard in that event with a winning time of 51.74, breaking the old mark of 52.43.  - TP - |
