Swimming: Bakula, 5-9, Freshman, Appleton, Wis./West
In the Blugolds' 177-66 victory over UW-Whitewater this Saturday, Bakula turned first place performances in both the 200-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle. Bakula won the 200-yard freestyle event with a time of 2:00.9 and the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:29.39.

Swimming: Bakula, Freshman, Appleton, Wis./West
Won the 1,000 freestyle and finished second in the 500 freestyle in a dual meet against La Crosse. Swam 11:03.08 to win the 1000 by 4.64 seconds. Swam 5:22.52 in the 500, losing by 19/100ths of a second to La Crosse's Anita Talavera who swam a 5:22.31.

Swimming: Bakula, Freshman, Appleton, Wis./West
Participating in the UW-River Falls Falcon Invite at the University of Minnesota's Aquatic Center, the Blugolds faced some Division I competitors and were able to finish in the top 10 in some events and the top 15 in several events. In the 1650-yard freestyle, Bakula finisher in seventh place, her highest finish of the day, with a time of 18:28.41. She finished higher than any other WIAC competitor in the event. She was also part of a team that took 10th place in the 400-yard freestyle relay and 11th in the 800-yard freestyle relay.

Diving: Sarah Myers,5-0, Senior, Eau Claire, Wis./North
The Blugolds defeated UW-River Falls this Friday, winning 167-70. In the one meter dive, Myers won the event with a score of 212.35. She also won the three meter diving event with a score of 223.20.

Swimming: Angie Bakula, Freshman, Appleton, Wis./West
Bakula won two events this weekend, though the Blugolds came up short in the triangular meet against UW-Stevens Point and St. Cloud State. Bakula won the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:58.37 and also took the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:22.70. Her times for both lead the conference in the events and are also personal bests for the season.

Swimming: Angie Bakula, Freshman, Appleton, Wis./West
In two events this weekend, Bakula won soundly, although the Blugolds came up short against Division II Minnesota State university-Mankato. In the 1,000-yard freestyle, Bakula won by more than 14 seconds, with a time of 11:07.40. In the 500-yard freestyle, she won by just over seven second, with a time of 5:25.95.
