Jake Zander, Sophomore, Chippewa Falls, Wis./McDonell
Zander helped the Blugolds finish second of four teams behind the University of Minn.-Duluth on Friday at Lake Wissota State Park. Zander was the second WIAC finisher behind teammate Kevin Weber finishing fifth of 58 runners in an 8,000-meter, personal-record time of 26:44.

Aric Runzheimer, Sophomore, Delafield, Wis./Kettle Moraine
Runzheimer ran an 8,000-meter, personal-record time of 25:32 at the Jim Drews Invite, placing 31st of 488 runners to help Eau Claire to a sixth place finish out of 28 teams. Runzheimer was the number two runner for the Blugolds, and his time was a personal-record by 66 seconds.

Tom Breitbach, Senior, Muskego, Wis.
Breitbach led the Blugolds to a first place finish out of 16 teams at the Blugold Open on Friday at Whitetail Golf Course. Breitbach finished fourth of 314 runners with an 8K time of 25:47.

Josh Wieland, Senior, Menomonie, Wis.
Wieland won the Saint Mary's No Limit Invitational on Friday, beating the field of 63 runners over the challenging 8K-course in a time of 27:24. He helped UW-Eau Claire team finish first in the field of six.

Michael Unruh, Freshman, West St. Paul, Minn./Henry Sibley
Unruh led the Blugolds to a third place finish out of 11 teams at Luther College on Saturday. Unruh finished ninth overall and was the second highest placing freshman in the race. Unruh's time for the four-mile course was 21:02.
